solutions by realizing increases in user productivity by reducing classroom training time and the time required for end users
to become proficient. Develop proper training documentation, deliver context
sensitive help, manage knowledge databases, learning modules and systems
- Conduct
skill-gap assessments, assist in delivering training, and implementing learning support strategies. Develop and manage an effective support structure as part of a self sustaining solution
OBJECTIVES
- Planning agree and develop a comprehensive
plan for effectively achieving each learning deliverable
- Analyze - cultivate an understanding
of business processes and End Users roles and responsibilities as a basis for developing learning strategies
- Design design a final curriculum, deliver
methods and knowledge repository environments
- Develop course standards and templates,
